I'm not a role model, I'm a whole damn mood.

I'm not trying to be controversial, I'm just trying to be me.

I literally would not be here without the internet. It's truly changed my life and allowed me to connect with so many people.

I feel like I'm breaking down a lot of barriers. I'm a young, Black, gay artist, and I'm doing things that haven't been done before.

I want to be a voice for people who are scared to be themselves.

I'm just trying to live my life and be happy. And if that offends anybody, then that's their problem, not mine.

I think it's important to be authentic, to be true to yourself, and to not let anybody tell you who you should be.

I'm not afraid to be controversial. I think that's what art is all about, pushing boundaries.

I want to inspire people to be themselves and to not be afraid to express who they are.

I'm just trying to make music that I love and that makes me happy. And if other people love it too, that's a bonus.

I think it's important to have fun and to not take yourself too seriously. Life's too short for that.

I'm just a normal person who happens to make music. I'm not trying to be anything I'm not.
